SHIPPING, RETURNS & WARRANTY

A. LIMITED WARRANTY – TERMS & CONDITIONS

All aftermarket replacement parts sold by Martian Links are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty and a lifetime warranty on certain parts.

Martian Links strictly follows the warranty policies set by the original manufacturers of the products sold on our website. We do not offer any additional warranties regarding performance or durability beyond what is provided by the manufacturer.

If a part is deemed defective and qualifies under the manufacturer’s warranty, the customer may submit a warranty claim by re-ordering the same replacement part through our website. Once eligibility is confirmed and the claim falls within the applicable warranty period, a full refund will be issued for the defective or failed part.

If a suitable replacement is not available, Martian Links reserves the right to refund the customer the original purchase price of the product.

   EXCLUSIONS – ITEMS AND CONDITIONS NOT COVERED

    The limited warranty does not cover the following:

  • Labor costs associated with the removal or installation of parts

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or natural disasters

  • Damage caused by improper installation

  • Shipping fees, handling charges, customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees

  • Normal wear and tear or reduced performance, unless a complete failure occurs due to a manufacturing defect

  • Damage caused by product modification or use outside its intended purpose

  • Parts used for racing, competitive driving, or commercial applications

  • Damage caused by the failure of engine components not covered under this warranty

  • Repairs made without prior authorization from Martian Links

  • Damage caused by a defective or failed timing belt

B. SHIPPING POLICY

Martian Links is committed to providing fast, affordable, and reliable shipping worldwide.

  • Free shipping is available for orders within Canada and the United States

  • International orders, and certain North American orders, do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are determined by the destination country’s customs authority

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. Any shipping damage must be reported within 2 days of delivery by emailing info@martianlinks.com.

If your order arrives in good condition, we appreciate your feedback confirming receipt.

C. RETURNS POLICY

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original delivery date

  • Parts returned after 30 days of the original delivery date will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer

  • No returns will be accepted beyond the 30-day window

Additional return conditions:

  • Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of delivery

  • Returns without original packaging or outside the return period will not be accepted

  • No refunds will be issued for altered, painted, edged, or damaged parts

  • Unused parts must be returned in original, resalable condition

  • CAPA-certified parts must retain the original CAPA seal

Refunds & processing:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Returned items will remain in Pending status until inspected at our warehouse

  • Replacement items will only be shipped after inspection and approval

  • Missing components will be charged to the customer

  • If a returned item is not originally sold by Martian Links, it will be returned at the customer’s expense
